Daniel SantosLoan Officer - Falo Português
Having been born and raised in the Central Valley, I feel obligated to serve the people in the local community that has molded me into the hard working and respectful professional that I am today. The small town of Hilmar has been my home my entire life where I was raised by my parents who immigrated from the Azores islands. Being of Portuguese descent has empowered me to gain the multilingual skills to communicate in both the Portuguese and Spanish language, further enabling me to serve more people with their home loan needs.
Being from Hilmar, I was a Yellow Jacket at Hilmar High School where I was involved with sports and FFA agriculture programs. After earning my diploma, I attended Modesto Junior College to earn a Business Administration degree that allowed me to transfer to California State University, Stanislaus where I finally graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Finance. Through countless hours of studying and passing a rigorous exam, I earned my mortgage originator license after completing my higher-level education.
Helping people to achieve something positive has always been one of my career goals. Being a Loan Officer with American Pacific Mortgage allows me to proudly achieve just that. With my multilingual skills, educational background, and values, I am motivated to help my clients achieve the goal of home ownership or refinancing their current mortgage while providing the best experience possible. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, sizing up or down, buying an investment property, or refinancing to save money, I am here to help with all those situations and more. Being a licensed mortgage professional through the state of California allows me to serve all residents of the Golden State.
